By accessing or using Celesto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Celesto is an astrology-powered personal assistant that provides calendar management, daily insights, and personalized recommendations based on astrological data. The Service is currently in pre-launch and accessible via waitlist.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion. Waitlist position may be influenced by referral activity and other factors.

4. User Accounts

When accounts become available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Celesto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Celesto provides astrological insights for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, or otherwise. You use the Service at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
